I always love inspiration for what and how to eat everyday. It is so easy to eat the same foods over and over again and reach for convenience. But, I try to switch it up in order to avoid creating food intolerances.
It is recommended that we eat 7-10 cups of colorful variety of fruits and vegetables a day! I try to do that in soups, salads, roasting and steaming, I also cook and freeze different proteins including fish and meat for my meals and add them when needed.
Here is an idea of what I might eat in a day:
Breakfast: Organic chicken bone broth soup with carrot, baby broccoli, zucchini noodles, avocado, sea salt, white pepper and coconut aminos.
snack: Organic coconut cinnamon chia pudding with blueberries.
Lunch: Organic chicken salad with avocado (no mayo), celery, apples, cilantro, sea salt and white pepper over greens.
Snack: green juice of rainbow kale, celery,cilantro, mint, apple and lemon.
dinner: Wild caught baked salmon in coconut oil, lime and sea salt with roasted sweet potato and zucchini over mache rosette greens.
