The toddlers were really excited about this Green ‘Nice Cream! It can be hard to get greens into toddlers diet. The best bet around here is avocado and this yummy green concoction. Give it a try, add any ingredients they love. Sidenote: adding strawberries will turn it from a pretty green to a funny brown color, not that the kids care!
1-2 frozen zucchini
1-2 frozen banana
juiced apple (or store bought apple juice for sweet taste)
probiotic powder (open a capsule and add to blender)
juiced greens: mint and kale (can also add peppermint oil)
Add all ingredients to a blender and add liquid as necessary to get the consistency you want! Top with acai berries, frozen blueberries and cacao nibs.

A Royal Plate of purple sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil and sea salt, Organic turkey bacon, mache rosettes, avocado and organic blueberries.
