Grain-free Coconut Seed Crackers

Give up sugar? Done it. Give up grain? did it. But, I crave a crunchy snack on the Paleo (Whole30) diet. Usually I enjoy plantain chips, coconut chips or a crisped Wrawp. This is a great recipe for anyone who misses their crackers! There are a lot of ways you  could enjoy this recipe- and lots of ingredients you could add- nuts, berries, coconut shreds, salt & pepper, or herbs and spices. Enjoy!
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos (or Bragg’s Aminos)


1. Turn on oven to 200F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, soak flax and chia in ofr 15 minutes.

4. Add the rest of ingredients.

5. Spread the mixture evenly over a lined baking sheet, bake at 200F for 1 1/2 hours and the flip over and bake for another 1 1/2 hours.

6. Turn heat off and let the crackers cool in the oven. Take out and serve!
