1. Turn on oven to 200F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, soak flax and chia in ofr 15 minutes.
4. Add the rest of ingredients.
5. Spread the mixture evenly over a lined baking sheet, bake at 200F for 1 1/2 hours and the flip over and bake for another 1 1/2 hours.
6. Turn heat off and let the crackers cool in the oven. Take out and serve!
