I went gluten free 7 years ago, then dairy free a few years ago. Finding dessert back then was much harder than it is now! A friend brought over the Carob Mousse Cheesecake by Earth Cafe and it is by far, the BEST raw vegan dessert I have ever had! Plus, it is sugar free. This may sound too good to be true, but it is amazing and healthy.
The ingredients are so simple: Soaked cashews, coconut butter, carob, distilled water, soaked almonds, agave nectar, dates, soaked pecans, soaked walnuts, vanilla bean extract, cinnamon & sea salt.
